Not automatically. Tell us which extras you need so their availability, scope and price can be confirmed separately.
Do you guarantee my deposit will be returned?
No. Deposit decisions involve the tenancy terms, property condition and landlord or agent assessment. The cleaning checklist should be agreed independently of any deposit decision.
Can landlords arrange cleaning and repairs together?
Yes, cleaning and maintenance needs can be coordinated. Different trades may require separate visits, with repairs normally planned before the final clean where practical.
Does the property need to be empty?
Tell us whether it will be empty or furnished. Belongings and full cupboards can limit access, so these need to be considered when agreeing the checklist.
